IC3 Participant contact sheet - your help needed

background idea for IC3

The IC3 is a racing series that pits teams against teams. The teams in this case are intended to be "branded" teams - for example, car clubs (carrying the car brand) and companies (promoting their main product branding).

The idea is to have the teams branded a la A1 GP... drivers race for the pride of their brand / company / club. This should create a good platform for brand promotion and bringing in a wider corporate involvement in grassroots motorsports.

As a matter of interest a similar programme can be done for schools, colleges and universities (inter school, colleges and universities: ISCU).

important: help needed from all participants interested in the IC3 Series

I would like to request that all company teams that participated in the recent IC3 email me at or post in this thread the following communication info:

formal name of company / organisation
formal name & position of person to address to
liaison person if different from the formal addressee (including contact number & email)
mailing address of the company / organisation
a bit of company background - principle business activities, products & brands

I would like to develop a proper contact sheet on this thread, and will in due course send out written invitations to these companies and others to formally invite them to the IC3 series.

folks... pls help me build this list for the IC3 contact sheet. i have worked out some costing for the teams participation for a 6 race annual series using either one time used birel or swiss hutless chassis (anybody who knows karts will tell you that these are pretty good chassis). we can race at either elite or sepang. the total costs will not be too much more than the current mega enduro costs.

furthermore, we are not limited to numbers of karts. in fact the minimum team participation needed is 15 teams.

so far i have -

ok..as long as they can drive and knows the basic rules about karting..and also must ensure to attend the safety briefing.. Thumbs up i think we need to highlight the do's and dont's.....
