Updating Club member database

Folks

We are in the process of updating our Club Member databases.

In connection with this, I would request that all members doing the following -

update their personal profile pages - go to "my account" and click "edit" and then both the "personal information" - some of the information here is only accessible to the admin and member manager
provide your full name according to your NRIC (new IC) or passport for non-residents
update your NRIC or passport numbers

btw, the member list can be view online as well.

ok thanks. i know what the problem is. not sure about the fix for now.

the reason for this is three fields (member status, fee paid, and expiry date) rely in pulldowns. i have greyed out these fields as only changeable by a person with either admin or member manager access rights (for obvious reasons). unfortunately, when you edit, the '--' and default dates are taken in which are not acceptable entries.

let me see what i can do and revert.

i think i have fixed the problem. you need to only change the "personal information" page. hopefully that fixes the problem. please let me know if there are still problems.
