bro, I went to GPRdirect store today and got an Fi-K glove...however they told me that they are discontinuing all further imports of Alpinestars...hence I got the last pair at a small discount...there was also another slightly more expensive one with knuckle protector but I hardly fall off my kart so didn't go for that. Got mine for GBP35

fyi, f1-k is the 2004 model while tech1-k is the 2006 model ... tech1-k offers more padding and tougher palm pad ... with an outer seam on the on the fore finger to lessen the pressure point ... i'll show u what i mean the next time we meet on the track

yeah I know, I took the old model with discount..and it was blue colour to match my suit!...the guy showed me the newer model...i think it was Tech 1-KV...but like i said, did not think the extra knuckle padding was necessary!
