myKART direction and strategy

The other thread on myKART's legal structure is humming at the moment. There are a number of subtopics raised in that thread which I would like to have tackled in a focussed forum.

One of the main discussion sub-topics were around the subject of myKART's objectives etc. I would like to invite all myKART members to discuss the topic of direction / vision / mission / strategy in this thread.

My vision is for myKART to be the racing equivalent of a company with an upstream and downstream business. Happy to discuss and share your views.

I think the problem you'll find in a myKart company is the power struggle. Sticking out tongue something like in a TVB drama in the end of the day.
