Yesss! Lets have an outing!!

It has been nearly 5 years since Fazz & I started my-KART, which roughly translates to 50-60 races we have run, lots of fun and some tears, but most importantly, many many new friends we have made along the way!

I've started the run-up to our 5 year anniversary by posting "my-KART classic" photos from the first ever race that we ran on Aug-31, 2002.

We have photos all over the place, in the yahoo groups, fotopages, blogs and personal computer directories.

It would be great if you could post other "classic photos" from our past seasons, it would be a great way to reflect on how we've grown, because this year, we are poised for greater growth with the launch of Kelab my-KART Selangor and other activities!

Well done to you both. The fruits of your perseverance, hard work, dedication, and most importantly your sacrifice and openess to welcome all walks of humanity to partake and share the common love for motorsports....it has indeed come a long way dude!

I as the AJK (Minum) would like to suggest an outing for all my-karters..you know what i mean..And for the non-alcoholic drinkers are also welcome...we're muhibbah aren't we?

luen, now that sounds gooodddddzzzzzzzzz! Count Team TeleVAS in for that idea... could also be used as a publicity platform for My Kart as it would be a big event

correct me if im wrong, but that would be like, the longest kart race held in m'sia right? our so-called enduros only last 1 hour...

....5 hours on karts? We better get the operator to get ready karts that can last that long!

someone contact Petronas laa... ask them if we can use their K200 Go-Kart & be in the Malaysia Book of Records

Naji, Rainman, I volunteer one of you guys to take up this challenge

checked with CK that the karts of 80cc will not last more than 2 hours, will need to figure out the format

if we have less team and more people in a team. that means we use less karts. and if less karts means that we can have 4 - 5 hours of endurance race. because some of the karts are for the 1st 2 hours. and the rest are for the 2nd 2 hours. and hey hey hey.. there we go. we have 4 or 5 hours of race.

If the kart only lasts for 2 hours we can do a 5-hour kart triathlon : 1 hour of karting, 2 hours of cycling, 1 hour of running then finished off by 1 hour of karting.........

If I'm not mistaken, Naji (who joined us in Rd 5 I think), works for Petronas and was part of the Petronas Bike project in the UK. He also attended the launch of the Petronas Go Kart in Sepang... ideal liaison officer!
