Predictions for the K1 Series

This post may attract the most comments - I can feel it already!

This is how I feel K1 Round 1 will end up - my predictions and comment on each driver..yeah..laugh all you want!!Sticking out tongue:

Results Prediction for K1 Round 1
1. Azlan (77kg) - That's right!! Being at the lower end of K2, due to yr weight, means I've had enough time to hone my skills and not be complacent like those lightweights up front! Given an even playing field, AJK Makan is tops!
2. Muhaymin (73kg): Mumu will be my biggest rival. He's got plenty of experience with his own 125cc kart but sadly not the looks to be on top..
3: Euss (78kg): This guy is good but not goodz enough...anyway he's still in honeymoon mode so will be distracted during the race...
4. Ab Amirul (56kg) - Kid has been practising on his own kart...one to watch
5. Tarmizi (72kg) - SO has this kid...the son will overtake the father, methinks.
6. Naza (71kg) - The Wing Commander himself. Has been benefiting from his lightweight but see what happens with ballast hahaha
7. Mark (79kg)- Lobsters belong in the sea, not on track. Anyway, he's another one of those private kart owners who's been practising regularly...but this time, you can't sabotage other ppl you know!! cheeky bugger..
8. Luen (72kg)- You may have eyes at the back of your head bro, but in K1, you'll need to have them up front because you'll be watching my back, bro! Smiling
9. Desmond (72kg) - Not goooodz enough...kentut power won't get you far in K1 bro..
10. Ashraff (70kg) - Purleaaasee...gimme a break. Give this guy a walking stick!..Eye
11. Fazz (70kg)- You've enjoyed your lightweight too long, old friend.....sayonara!! You may be the Founder of my-KART...but in K1, you'll be the spiritual leader of the B Finals hehehe Sticking out tongue
12. Isk M7 (52kg)- Dear cousin, see how you fare with 24kg stuck on your seat hahaha!...blood may be thicker than water but not on track!...Sticking out tongue
13. Ramsey (65kg)- This one still "angau" from his Bangkok trip...write off...
14. Zul (66kg)- Nice guy but still virgin in high powered racing...sorry dude...should have stuck to K2 first!.Sticking out tongue
15. Shaeran (68kg) - Lumba haram boleh...tapi lumba halal susah sikit....but watch out ppl...this guy can easily camouflage himself against the black CRG karts!>..nampak gigi aje!!...:PPPP
16. Wei Li (70kg) - Out of practice....stick to Wakeboarding...
17. Danny Chooz (71kg) - Dude looks like a lady....do you know he was grid girl in the Japan GT....how to take him seriously??
18. Izrul (115kg) - This one gaya lebih...see lah he'll turn up in the latest Alpinestars or whatever else he'll find on eBay...but who's gonna see yr suit when yr way behind bro?? :PP...oooops...I have a feeling this guy will start a photo blog with photoshop pictures of me sooon! urk!

There you have it!....AJK Makan wins the day!!!

Let's see how my predictions turned out! This is really interesting because all of us are new to racing at this level, and we have to learn how to handle the characteristics of these karts so all I had to go on was past experience on K2 and what I generally think of my opponents.

OK - obviously I didn't come first...but I was first in Heat 1.....Sticking out tongue...we'll get the problems fixed and I'll sapu the field in Round 2..hehehe

Anyway, this is how the results compare to my predictions and my comments:
P(n) - Driver name (predicted position|Qualifying posn)

P1 - Tarmizi (5|1): Way to go young man! I underestimated your skills and abilities...all those 125cc chicken wing sessions under your dad's supervision has paid off. Nazaaaaa - cut his allowance for Round 2!!

P2 - Danny (17|5): This dude may look like a lady...but she' one fast mama!...this karat fella not only croons at the karaoke lounge, but can cruise too you know!

P3 - Ramsey (13|5): Give him a trip to Hat Yai next...Bangkok was not enough to distract him from the race!....well done bro!

P4 - Muhaymin (2|4): My arch rival had to find another kart...hence down 2 places from my predicted P2...but poor guy was tired from holding back the rain...and also, this beruk needed some bananas....how come no one brought any bananas???

P5 - Zul (14|6}: Well done lah bro!...this is another infamous chicken wing fella...and working in Shah Alam...he must have done some "Houdini" acts...hey, anyone got his bosses' number??

P6 - Amirul (4|8): Watch out for this one...the dogfight with Zul was really exciting and I had a great view of it!....this is one to watch for the top 3 slots...with me and Mumu! hehehe

P7 - Luen (8|7): Ok lah...my assessment for Luen is more or less there lah....but he should check his eyesight lah....he couldn't see me sneak up from behind!..Smiling

P8 - Azlan (1|3): Yeah yeah...had a great start but mechanical probs...see me in the Top 3 for Round 2 Sticking out tongue

P9 - Euss (3|9): This guy banyak complain lah...mechanic told him to keep ballast lah...and he listened to the mechanic...sounds like someone I know...Bro I know you were hot on my tail for the heats and finals...next time I will sew an interesting badge at the back of my suit for your reading pleasure...hehehe

P10 - Naza (6|13): The stress of managing the inaugral K1 round must have slowed Uncle Naza down....but next time I think he'll want to join his son in Final A...so watch out!

P11 - Isk M7 (12|11): See - I know my family members really well...prediction nearly there...I told you, see how he fares with ballast..there was so many attached to his seat that one opted to take a different racing line hahahahah...next time lah..you should have been up in Final A if it wasn't for the penalty.

P12 - Shaeran (15|10): Pelumba haram did better than my prediction - but bro, some people complained about your weaving left to right - don't do the haram thing here and just stick to one racing line laaaa...Sticking out tongue

P13 - Mark (7|12) : Lobster bro...what happened dude? But thanks for the advise on my kart..very gentleman thing to do! I'll see you in Final A next round!

P14 - Bombe (18|16): Well bro, you proved me wrong! Let's see you climb up further!

P15 -Desmond (9|14): It's no gooodz??? Aiyah, next time don't kentut so much lah...just concentrate on the race. No need to spin here, crash there with Ashraff...

P16 - Fazz (11|15): Well, bad luck I guess. But then again, I better lower my prediction for you for Round 2....see, I told you it was the weigh that was slowing me down hehehe!

P17 - Wei Li (16|17) - Like I said, stick to wakeboarding dude! Sticking out tongue

P18 - Ashraff (10|18): Hey, can somebody buy that walking stick??....

Made a stupid school boy mistake in trying to pass Amirrul and spun. Mark waved and say thanks as I as I struggled to restart. Round 2 in Final A?...you bet or I will eat my cap!

I have not even started with the farting ! lol.
My best race was only on race 2 . Where had nice dogfights with fazz, Mumu and Naza.

All other rounds was crap for me.
Race 1 got bumped from behind on second corner on first lap result to a spin. Sad
there goes my valueble 3 rd grid position start.

Race 2 .
Started 8 on grid . nothing happend and had good dog fights till the end .

Ended up Final B Sad
Did a skool boy mistake trying to be greedy to overtake " lumba Haram" so result to a spin. AGAIN !!!

Conclusion.
KArt was good . Race was nice. but was not so lucky to get bumped on the very first lap. . find it hard to chase after that incident.

I will definately see u guys in Final A in round 2 !!!! lesson learned ! Cool Cool
