K1 Kart Preparation for Rd 3
Gents,
As the RMC Rd 1 will also be held on the same weekend when you plan your Rd3 - I am aware that many of the 125 mechanics ( if not all ) will be at the RMC.
This means : CK will be shorthanded for our event. ( Boon already told me since I want to private practise this Saturday....)
As a counter measure, please ensure that all your issues with the karts are resolved THIS WEEK before the event.
On the race day - please assume there will be minimal asistance and hence please be prepared to assist/do more than your normal days. I think simple things like refueling, tyre pumping up & pressure check, fixing of weights, checking water, overall saefty checks and if you are familiar fixing and securing of battery can be done by the drivers.
As ESPN is there as well, I think it sure shows a good impression to My-Kart if this is done by our experience K1 drivers.
Cheers,
Jules

Last Friday (Feb 15th) during our "Iron (wo)man Endurance" kart testing/confirmation session I managed to talk with Bob, according to him they haven't done anything to our CRGs, they'll start servicing & such this week
err... can someone confirm this
Abg Naza, Luen, anybody...??

I reckon that this does not only apply to K1; K2 and K3 should be also doing the same thing like checking the tire pressure and refueling due to short of manpower. Which means that we need more manpower for Rd3.

So how? We prepare a special blue flag for sanjiv and his ESPN co-presenter? Wave the blue flag at every kart in front of them? muahaha
I think we should put Jules in K3 and let him give Sanjiv the "bump" along.

Brother Bob's mobile: 017 315 9626.
He could be busy with the RMC preparations but just request him to get someone to bring out #8 for a few test laps. Yes, they tested #9 yesterday,....I witnessed it.
