Bro, for RM200+ a bit more, you can purchase the OMP rib protector at Rosedi-Kart

For the OMP Rib-protector.. if you are running with 80cc, I reckon it's good enough. But if you are running on 100s or the 125s, I reckon you get a better one that really protects your rib for RM600+

I once had the OMP one and it's more like a rib-comforter than a protector. My experience was getting an injury while driving the 125s on D2 tires.

I think what Edwyn is trying to tell you is to get a solid type instead of a soft type. The OMP one at Rosedi Autosports which is about 200+ is the comfort one that gave our friend Edwyn his rib injuries. I've already ordered the OMP solid carbon fibre looking one but due to arrive stock at the end of this month. If not mistaken the price is about Rm450+.
