muhaymin | I have to say that My-kart

muhaymin's picture

I have to say that My-kart races have really contributed to the success run on last Saturday. However, it could be anyone's day except mine was just merely good luck. (Hoping it to stick with me forever).

I have to say that the qualifying is too important that we do not want to be in the group of non-experienced drivers while the actual race. I have to part my experience with two gentlemen who i'd wheel to wheel 'fight'.
The idea was shared that who ever has the better line, he gets the position. These two gentlemen taught me something new that day. (Eric and Boy Kadri).

Well, as said, it could be anyone's day. Yeah, Jules, hope to see more My-karters as I have no words to describe the adrenalin.

Next Race.

hanifcd | was very unlucky last week

hanifcd's picture

was very unlucky last week Sad I could give mumu a hard time y'know Laughing out loud

naza | Lesson learned : the race

Lesson learned : the race ethics and discipline and experience acquired from my-kart races has indeed contributed to very good runs by my-karters led by mumu in general. However, I would warn fellow my-karters to be very alert when trying to pass other drivers who had lots of practice and impressive lap times but hardly any race experience. I thought the two DNFs I collected were not necessary as they were not really pure race incidences, rather it was due to some drivers being overzealous or just too selfish to give a little space to a quicker driver. My mistake was that I should'nt have assumed that all drivers had race experience behind them.

Jules | Congrats to all who joined

Congrats to all who joined race this round. Am sure u will agree its a higher level of racing cos in end, it all your skill and your kart that matters. Hope to see more my-karters join the races.

Mark and Jason Loo - you both are next to take this leap of faith!

Btw, after this race, I will relingusih my SIFU "gelaran" to the worthy champion MUMU. Anyone caught calling me SIFU will now contribute a fine, to my P9 fund! LOL

Btw, I had to drive the wheels of my kart to keep up with all you guys...but had fun in process. Kena bumped off by Wai Leong TWICE.....same corner some more! SIgh

Anyway hope to see u all again next month.

Cheers,
Jules - somewhere in remote Central Java....

I saw Azizi after he saught medical treatment... Auntie gave him 2 cans of ice cold soya bean which were strapped tightly to the affected area Sticking out tongue hope u recover quickly bro.

As for Mumu, I found it difficult to actually say something nice to him, but after that stunning performance I had no choice but to congratulate the old bugger. Excellent driving and as Ruben noted, after he took the lead he broke away from the pack like a man possessed all the way to the finishing line. Well done mate Thumbs up

Marky....Yeah yeah.. you'll always find it difficult to say something nice to me but on the other hand beguilingly mingling with the models on Sunday. OOps!!! does Aini has an account here???

Anyway, models aside, you better run in your 'Red Machine' otherwise lend it to our most ever willing Buayas to race the 125 cc event. It is such shameful to watch your Kart left alone in the garage, man.

You do not want it to rust , rite?

I'm too scared of the competition after watching you in action!

It was really speechless especially being in front of a more powerful engined kart (Parilla). But I must admit, the set up on my machine was tremendous even with worn out tyres and I really have no words for my Rotax. Simply flawless. For guys who missed it... I just have to say that it was such a tremendous experience... Never had a high speed fight like that. The sound of the rear kart engine ready to pounce on me is still in my ears. Whatta an experience. Hope the new ride can make the gaps.

Bro Naza,

You must watch out for the guy who is in No.4. Even with a bruised rib, he came up with a superb show. Just imagine with out one? emmm. All we know is that his machine is really ready to pounce at any time now. Bro Azizi, Hope once your radiator is changed, you can rock again.

oh, one more thing, It is confirmed that another My Karter has upgradd his chassis and to a P9 Rotax. Who is it.

Bro Mumu,

It was a great race... Being behind you and pushed myself to the limit with bruised rib is killing me. Hope we can share PODIUM next time. Eye
And congrats to Bro Zainy on our new ride Thumbs up (Intrepid Sirius with Rotax Max P9)

Congrates to all....

Was there for our practice and it was a thrilling race. In Q3, Mumu was excellent as he moved into the lead, then pulled away. In the finals, Mumu pulled away earlier on, but was caught at the end. Thankfully, he kept his nerves and managed to hold off late challenges....

Congrates Mumu! Erhm, can I be ur student oh great Master?

Well done to all, it was a good day after a sloppy throttle cable Q1, brakes that were locked on permanently in Q2.. then no brakes at all Q3. All sorted for a decent run in the final. Hope to do better next time when my chassis is re-welded

Congrats to my-kart podium finishers and we were in general dominated the field led by Mumu who had an unbelievable day! Thumbs up
