I've submitted the online registration. Do I need to fill in the hardcopy too?

Also, I couldn't transfer the RM50 via online as the target account is a company. Will do manual bank-in at the bank later.

Membership fees will have to be banked in (My-Kart Promotions Sdn Bhd -
Maybank a/c # 512754306333) in and a scanned copy of the bank in slip sent to and cc'd to .

Membership runs from 01 April to 31 Mar, so your fees due now would be pro-rated as follows:-
Dec - Mar = RM40
One time registration fee = RM10
TOTAL RM50

Annual membership renewal is due on or before 31 Mar and will be RM120 for 12 months.
