I am keeping this on a My-Kart Core level first.

Last Saturday, I had a long chat with Wai Leong and amongst the topics discussed is the abovementioned program, which MAM has initiated. Although no official annoucement has been made but Wai Leong has told me the following info and his request is to promote this to My-Kart ranks first.

I'll start this thread to the confines of the Core Group first and once we concluded our findings we should make a public notice.

I am here proposing a DVD format Pre-Race Briefing Video. Not sure if we need to write a proper proposal for this. But this is how it will go.

folks - a quick note to kick off a discussion on my-kart chicken wings.

during the friday buka puasa we talked about the MAM affiliation and chicken wings. one of the conditions of running MAM affiliated sanctioned events is to have participants certified by senior club members.

Spoken to CK today, 80cc karts is can last 2 hours non stop. I am proposing a 2 hours endurance race.

Format: point system
-Points base on total number of karts. First place will get maximum points and second will get 1 point less of max and so forth.
Example: total 20 karts, if Team ABC 2 karts finish 1 2 then maximum points will be 39.

With regards to Lynda's unfortunate accident at the weekend, I think there are some issues we need to bring to CK's attention, which I have raised for my-kart core discussion which I hope we could develop into something constructive.

1. Handling an injured person
2. Flag availability
3. Tyre / safety barriers / signage
4. Anti clockwise track safety

Can those in the discussion group update all of us, what is the status with the K1 class in particular with the offer of AP??

I got some feedback from some mykarters regarding how to revive or create higher interest in Teams Race such as the one scheduled on 21st July at the Elite Track. Some suggestions were:

Hi all,

after discussion with Bro Naza and Tarmizi, we agreed that 1 hour race for 3 drivers per team is simply to pack to practise and race.

2 suggestions that we increase the race time or reduce the drivers of each team.

Air cooled PRD 125cc + CRG chassis (from the Langkawi World Finals) to be use exclusively for my-KART Endurance races and monthly K1 races
