my-KART IP Owners

This group is for the owners / founders of my-KART.
The relationship between the club and the company is described in the following section of the my-kart reference manual.

Essentially, all my-KART IP is owned by its founders via mykart promotions sdn bhd, whereas the club provides the platform for my-KART IP events through its club members. The company owns all my-KART branded events and IPR.
Members who contribute significantly towards the my-KART IPR shall be offered ownership of mykart promotions sdn bhd (the company).
Further discussions shall take place within the my-KART IP Owners group.

i was thinking about all these IP stuff for my-kart... people like Luen (event operations, ironman rules), Mark (k2 management) and Naza (k1 rules etc) have all contributed some parts to the my-kart IP (processes, rules etc).

there may be others who have done somethings similar.
