Nizam Rahman (Nizer) returns after the long ramadhan / raya break to win round 09 (his sixth of 2009) and clinch the 2009 K2 DRIVERS championship (his second after the 2007 championship). Second in the race was Faibs, followed by Lim Eu Jin.
Eu Jin is Nizer's closest championship rival and has a gross score of 113 to Nizer's 142. The net score is 105 as Eu Jin drops 8 pts from round 03 and his no score in round 01. Nizer drops 10 pts from round 01 and his no score from round 05 giving him a net score of 132 and is uncatchable in the 2009 championship.
