Dear Committee,

I am hereby giving you 7 day's notice to convene a very short meeting to agree on the following resolution.

Resolution: "The General Committee hereby authorises the Club Treasurer to re-apply for a bank account for the club, at Maybank Kota Damansara branch"

After making the latest enquiries with Maybank Kota Damansara on the status of the Club's bank account application, it seems that the bank has deleted the application from their database and destroyed the original documents. Therefore, the club needs to re-apply for a bank account and submit a resolution from the existing General Committee as part of the application.

I will prepare the resolution for discussion and approval by the committee right after my-KART's DRIVER Round 1, on Jan 12th.
